Terms and delivery:
For France we use the services of the Post Office and use the Colissimo with acknowledgment. We communicate by email the tracking number once the shipment. The amount of supply is specified during the creation of your shopping cart. For international deliveries we use different suppliers depending on the destination of the order, and the amount of the delivery is also indicated when creating the basket. For deliveries in France, it takes between 2-3 business days from Monday to Friday, and for international shipments delivery time varies depending on the destination of the order.
Product availability is shown on our website, however if you opt for a payment with a longer treatment such as check or bank transfer, sometimes out of stock that occurs between the time you place the order and when we collect your payment. If this type of déconvenu - which remains very exceptional - were to occur, you would be notified by mail as soon as possible and we would proceed to an immediate refund of your order.
Receipt of the command:
If your order arrives in bad condition, you are required to let us know in writing by sending an email from your account. If this is the package that is in poor condition, you should make reservations on the delivery slip. No claims will be accepted if these principles are not respected. Shipping fees are your responsibility when a new package is sent back to you.
